Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Clientbox!

A client relation changes status while the team is handling other work, and a manual reminder can leave a promising lead or important customer without a timely response. Clientbox provides events for new relations, lead status changes and labels added or removed. Mobile Message can turn those events into a visible SMS for the person or group responsible.

Use New Relation with Send SMS to alert a team member when a new person or company appears. Relation Lead Status Changed can trigger Send SMS to List when a lead reaches a stage that needs prompt attention. You can also use Inbound SMS Received with Clientbox Create Person Relation when a text contains the details required to create a new person relation.

The connection is made through Zapier, with each automation running in one direction. It does not automatically update labels or keep Clientbox and Mobile Message synchronised. Map the relation name, status and phone number carefully, add filters for relevant status changes and test each path before activation. SMS should remain a short prompt to check the full Clientbox record.

Can an inbound SMS create a Clientbox relation?

Yes. Inbound SMS Received can trigger Create Person Relation when the message supplies the required contact information. Configure the field mapping and filters so unrelated texts do not create records.
