Bookkeepers running client accounts through Clementine spend a fair amount of time chasing down invoices before they can be filed away and reconciled. Upload Purchase or Sales Invoices is the one action Clementine exposes to Zapier at the moment, pushing purchase or sales invoice records straight into the client's accounting file once a Zap hands them over, no manual reattaching of files needed for that step.

Because Clementine does not yet send anything out through Zapier, there is no current trigger a text message through Mobile Message could react to, and nothing here reaches the invoice back the other way either. The connection between the two, made through Zapier, is worth knowing about for the day Clementine adds a trigger of its own, but right now the practical use is keeping invoice filing off a bookkeeper's plate rather than anything a client would see land on their phone during a busy end of month reconciliation run.
