CleanOps records those milestones, and a Zapier workflow can turn them into Mobile Message SMS so the business responds while the information is current. Quote Accepted can send a confirmation, Job Assigned can notify a customer that technicians are allocated, and Job Rescheduled can provide a new appointment update. Invoice Paid can acknowledge payment, while Job Completed can close the loop with a completion message. New Customer can also create a Mobile Message contact for future communication.

CleanOps remains the source for customers, jobs, quotes and payments. Mobile Message sends the selected text, and Zapier passes the relevant fields.
