A customer appointment changes while your team is handling tasks, contracts and sales opportunities in Cirqll. Its events can travel through Zapier to Mobile Message, so a new appointment, customer, contact or chance can prompt a plain text message at the right point in the record’s life.

A new appointment can send confirmation details to the customer. A new customer or contact can trigger a welcome message, while a new chance can alert a salesperson that an opportunity needs attention. Cirqll’s email, note, contract and task events can also start an SMS when those records represent a customer-facing milestone. Mobile Message sends the message using mapped Cirqll fields.

The reverse direction gives incoming texts a place in Cirqll. Inbound SMS Received can create a customer, contact, appointment, task, note or chance. Delivery Status Updated can create a note or task to record an SMS outcome. These are separate, one-directional Zapier workflows rather than a native two-way connection.
