Cirkus SMS Integration

A new Cirkus task or calendar event appears as a production deadline approaches. The people responsible may be working across several projects, so an important update can be missed inside the project workspace. A Zapier connection lets Cirkus events start Mobile Message actions, giving your team a direct way to notify the people who need to act.

Use New Task to send a plain-text reminder, or use New Calendar Event to text participants about timing and preparation. New Project can create a Mobile Message contact or add a known person to a list when a new piece of work begins. Mobile Message can also send SMS messages to selected numbers, while Cirkus actions such as Create Task and Create Calendar Event can be started by an inbound Mobile Message text where that creates a sensible internal record. Each workflow is one-directional and purpose-built. It does not synchronise Cirkus and Mobile Message, update project status automatically, or infer who should be contacted. You choose the event, fields, message, and any follow-up action in Zapier.
