Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Chatting!

Teams using Chatting often have several conversations open at once, and a visitor may need a text follow-up after a website exchange. Chatting's New Conversation trigger can start Mobile Message's Send SMS action, while New Contact can create a record in Mobile Message. This helps a small team act on important conversations without relying on someone to revisit the live chat queue.

Conversation Resolved can also send a closing SMS, such as a reference or next-step reminder. If a customer texts Mobile Message first, Inbound SMS Received can trigger Chatting's Send Message action, placing the reply into a conversation your team already uses. These are separate, deliberate workflows rather than a continuous two-way sync.

Chatting also includes Tag Added and actions such as Add Tag to Contact and Create Contact. Those can support internal organisation when paired appropriately, but a customer-visible result usually comes from Send Message or a Mobile Message SMS action. The connection runs through Zapier, and both accounts are required. Test contact numbers and message timing before enabling the Zaps.

Yes. New Conversation can trigger Mobile Message's Send SMS action. This can notify a customer or staff member, using the contact information available from Chatting and the message fields configured in Zapier.

Can a Chatting contact be created in Mobile Message?

Yes. Chatting's New Contact trigger can run Mobile Message's Create Contact action. You can also use Conversation Resolved to send a follow-up SMS, or Inbound SMS Received to start Chatting's Send Message action.

How do I connect Chatting live chat with Mobile Message?
