Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Brilliant Directories!
New User Created can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS or Create Contact for membership onboarding. New Form Inquiry Created and New Lead Created can send an acknowledgement to someone who has shown interest. New Review Created can also trigger an SMS when a review needs a response or follow-up. If someone texts your Mobile Message number, Inbound SMS Received can trigger Brilliant Directories Create Lead or Create User, depending on the information you collect. These are individual one-way Zaps, not a native integration or a complete synchronisation. Choose the specific event and Mobile Message action that fits your directory process, then map only the fields needed for the message or record.
