Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Boond!

Consulting and IT operators who run on Boond often need a prompt when a candidate, contact, opportunity or invoice appears. Boond can send New Candidate, New Contact, New Opportunity or New Invoice events into Zapier, where Mobile Message sends an SMS to a recruiter, account manager or project team. That keeps a useful event visible without relying on someone to revisit the record.

A Mobile Message inbound text can also create an action on a candidate or contact, create a Boond contact, or update a candidate or opportunity when the mapped fields suit that process. For example, a reply can become a candidate follow-up action that someone checks in Boond. These are separate one-directional Zaps, not a general synchronisation. The available Boond actions do not mean every SMS can safely update every record, so test identifiers and field mapping first. Delivery Status Updated may support a separate status alert, while Boond’s record actions remain available for recording or updating information from an inbound message.
