A guest completes pre-check-in for a short-term rental, yet the property team may still be busy preparing the stay. A Zapier workflow can use Boom's Pre-Check-In Completed event to send a Mobile Message text with the next practical instruction. New Reservation and Reservation Updated can support earlier confirmations or later changes.

This helps property managers reduce manual chasing around arrival details, service calls, and reservation changes. A new reservation can trigger a confirmation, while a new service call can notify the person coordinating maintenance. Mobile Message can Send SMS, Create Contact, and Add Contact to List, so guest details can be recorded as part of the same operational process. Each workflow is a one-directional Zap from a selected Boom event to a Mobile Message action, rather than a continuous reservation sync.
