Email subscribers change status throughout the day, and a useful SMS follow-up can be missed if someone has to watch the email platform manually. BlueFox Email can trigger a Zap when a new subscription, contact creation, contact update, unsubscribe, or paused subscription occurs. Mobile Message can then send a plain text alert or customer message based on the event and the contact details BlueFox Email provides.

A New Subscription event can welcome a subscriber by SMS, while Unsubscribed can alert a customer care or compliance team to review the record. Paused Subscription may prompt an internal reminder, and Contact Updated can notify a team member when an important detail changes. Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can also start BlueFox Email's Create Contact or Update Contact action, so a text from an authorised person can create or amend an email contact. These are separate one-way automations, not a shared contact database or two-way sync. Build the selected Zaps in Zapier, connect both accounts, map the mobile and email fields, and make sure customer messages respect consent and unsubscribe preferences.
