Using Zapier, BizConnect can start Mobile Message actions when a contact is created. Send an SMS thanking the person for meeting you, create the contact in Mobile Message for future campaigns, or add the person to a relevant list. The message can use contact details captured by BizConnect, so your follow-up feels connected to the conversation rather than like a generic broadcast.

BizConnect also offers a Create Contact action, but its available list does not provide a useful Mobile Message trigger that can make this action run in the other direction. This is therefore an event-led workflow, not a two-way contact sync. Keep the contact record in the system your team uses for each purpose and choose a clear rule for when an SMS should be sent.
