Beezop SMS Integration

A process step is assigned in Beezop, but the person responsible may not see the change until they return to the platform. That delay can hold up a customer handover, internal approval or routine operating task. SMS gives the assignee a direct prompt when a step or task needs attention.

Through Zapier, Beezop events such as Assigned Step, New Task and Task Completed can start Mobile Message actions. An assigned step can send an SMS to the responsible person, a new task can alert a supervisor and a completed task can notify a customer-facing team. Mobile Message's Create Contact or Send SMS to List actions can be used where the Beezop event includes suitable recipient information. The available Beezop actions are designed to complete steps or launch processes, so the strongest use here is sending notifications from Beezop into Mobile Message.

This setup keeps the message short and tied to a defined process event. It does not turn Mobile Message into a Beezop task manager or create a two-way workflow. Configure one Zap for each notification that your operating procedures genuinely require.
