Through Zapier, BasicOps triggers can start Mobile Message actions. A completed task can send an SMS, a new user can be created as a Mobile Message contact, and a new project can add a person to a selected list. Updated tasks can also prompt a text when a change matters to a customer or team member. BasicOps remains the source of project activity, while Mobile Message handles the selected message or contact operation. This gives teams a clear notification path without suggesting that project records and SMS contacts are synchronised in both directions.
