A new invoice has been created, but the customer may not see it promptly among their other accounts messages. Balabook can tell Zapier when New Invoices occur, giving Mobile Message a practical opportunity to send a plain text reminder or confirmation. The same approach can be used when a new expense or transaction is recorded and someone needs to know.

Use New Invoices for an invoice notification, or New Partners when a business relationship is added and an internal contact needs an alert. Mobile Message can send the message directly to a mapped number or send SMS to a chosen list. Texts can include an invoice reference, amount, due date, or a request to contact your office, where those fields are available in the Balabook event.

Balabook also provides Create Invoice and Create Partner actions. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can start either action, but only where the incoming text supplies the data required to create the record. These are separate Zapier workflows, not a native two-way connection. Choose the direction that matches your accounting process.
