Aurelius SMS Integration

Research teams can create valuable insights and recommendations in Aurelius, then lose time telling colleagues what has changed. Aurelius's New Insight, New Recommendation, and cross-project update triggers provide a clear event for sharing a concise SMS notice. That can be useful when a finding needs attention before the next scheduled research review.

Through Zapier, Aurelius can pass those events to Mobile Message's Send SMS, Create Contact, or Add Contact to List actions. A new cross-project insight might alert a research lead, while a recommendation can be sent to a stakeholder or recorded alongside an SMS contact. Mobile Message's Create Contact action can retain a recipient for later communication. Aurelius's supplied action list contains only Create Notes, so an inbound SMS can create a note, but the available information must be suitable for that action.

This connection does not copy an entire research library or maintain a two-way sync. Instead, it lets a selected Aurelius event produce one visible Mobile Message result. Choose the event, recipient, and message content in Zapier, then keep Aurelius as the place where the full research context is stored.
