Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with AudiencePlayer!

AudiencePlayer operators need to know when a user places an order or changes account details, especially when access to video content depends on the next step. AudiencePlayer provides New Order and New or Updated User events, while its Change User Subscription Status action can respond to a Mobile Message event.

A new order can trigger an SMS confirming the purchase or explaining what happens next. A new or updated user can receive a plain-text account notice when a mobile number is available. If a customer texts your Mobile Message number, Inbound SMS Received can run Change User Subscription Status in AudiencePlayer, allowing a defined SMS phrase or reply route to subscribe or unsubscribe that user. Each workflow is configured for a specific event and action, so it does not imply that the systems maintain matching records automatically.

Zapier connects your AudiencePlayer and Mobile Message accounts without custom development. Map the user, order and phone fields, set the subscription value where required, test with a controlled record and activate the Zaps that fit your membership process. Delivery Status Updated can also be used for delivery monitoring in separate Mobile Message-led workflows, though AudiencePlayer’s listed action is the subscription change.
