A property appointment is assigned, rescheduled or cancelled while a real estate team is coordinating customers, creators and agents. Aryeo records the event, but the people involved may need an immediate text rather than a later email or dashboard check. Zapier can send those events to Mobile Message for timely plain text communication.

Appointment Scheduled can confirm the visit, Appointment Rescheduled can provide the new time, and Appointment Canceled can explain that plans have changed. Order Paid or Order Fulfilled can also trigger a customer update where that is useful. Customer Created can create a Mobile Message contact for later communication. Each automation uses one Aryeo trigger and one Mobile Message action. The connection is through Zapier, not a native two-way integration, so it does not keep Aryeo and Mobile Message records synchronised. Map the customer or appointment phone number, relevant property details and message wording in the Zap, then choose which events deserve an SMS.
