About the Appcues integration
Appcues also exposes NPS Submitted and Checklist Completed, giving teams practical events to use as SMS starting points. A separate workflow can use Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received to trigger Appcues Update User Profile, provided the inbound message supplies information that belongs in the profile fields. These are individual Zaps, not a continuous sync between the products. Keep the SMS short, use only the Appcues data available to the selected event, and consider consent before sending customer-facing messages. Setup takes place through Zapier. Authorise your Appcues and Mobile Message accounts, choose the event, map the recipient and text, test the result, and publish the workflow when it matches your product communication process.

Yes. Form Submitted can start a Zap that uses Mobile Message Send SMS. Map the available user or owner details and create a plain text message for the person who should follow up.
Can an NPS submission notify our team by SMS?
Yes. Appcues NPS Submitted can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS. The score and feedback fields can be mapped into a short internal alert for the selected recipient.
How do I set up Appcues SMS workflows?
Your Appcues and Mobile Message accounts both need to be authorised in Zapier. Select an Appcues event, choose a Mobile Message action, map the fields, test the Zap, and publish it without code.
