A client may submit an application, make a first payment, receive a start date or send a check-in, and each event can call for a prompt personal message. Without an automatic step, coaches may spend time checking the client management tool and chasing routine updates.

Application Received can trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS action with an acknowledgement and an outline of what happens next. Application Accepted can send an invitation or preparation note, while Client Assigned Start Date can text the confirmed commencement details. First Payment can also trigger a welcome message. If a client’s account is created, Client Added can run Create Contact so the person is available in Mobile Message for future SMS activity.

Choose one Apotheo event and one Mobile Message action for each Zap. Map the client’s mobile number, personalise the plain text message and avoid including sensitive information that is not needed.
