Anypost can pass New Email Event into a Mobile Message workflow, giving your team a direct alert when an email needs attention. A bounce notification can prompt a phone follow-up, while a click event can signal useful engagement.

Through Zapier, New Email Event can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS, Create Contact, or Add Contact to List. The event details available from Anypost can be mapped into a plain-text message, such as the email type and recipient. Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received can also trigger Anypost Send Email, allowing a customer’s text to create a follow-up email when that is appropriate.
