AnyDB SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with AnyDB!
This is useful for operational alerts when a central record changes, especially if the people acting on it do not work in AnyDB all day. A new record can prompt a text to an assigned staff member, while an updated record can notify someone that customer information needs attention. Mobile Message sends the message or creates the contact, and AnyDB remains the source of the data event.
AnyDB also offers actions such as Create Record and Update Record. Those actions can be started by Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger when a text contains the information needed for the selected record operation. Workflows are configured in Zapier, with each direction chosen separately.
