Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with AM-CRM!

Sales and coaching teams using AM-CRM can lose momentum when a new contact, deal or pipeline movement waits for someone to notice it. A Zapier workflow can start with New Contact Created, Deal Created or Deal Stage Changed and send a plain-text SMS through Mobile Message.

A new contact can receive an acknowledgement, while a newly created deal can alert the assigned salesperson. When a deal moves stage, the message can remind the next owner to act or tell a manager that a milestone has been reached. Mobile Message can also create or update contacts from AM-CRM events. The supplied AM-CRM actions include Create Deal, Create Contact, Update Contact and Update Deal, so an inbound SMS can create a deal or update a contact where the required fields are available. The connection runs through Zapier and joins selected events, rather than creating a native two-way sync.
