A quote is approved, an order is entered and the customer is waiting for confirmation. Aliaddo gives small and medium-sized operators a place to manage contacts, products, sales orders and invoices, while Mobile Message can put the next customer update into a text message. That helps staff respond promptly without checking every new record manually.

Through Zapier, Aliaddo events such as New Quote, New Invoice and New Sales Order can start Mobile Message actions. A new invoice can send payment instructions, a new sales order can send an acknowledgement and a new contact can create a Mobile Message contact for later outreach. You can also use New Person with Create Contact so the mobile record is ready for future messages. Each Zap follows one direction and uses the fields you map between the two services.

This setup is useful when Aliaddo remains the source of sales information and SMS handles timely customer communication. It does not provide native synchronisation between the platforms. Review consent, contact details and message timing before activating customer-facing Zaps.
