Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Akazte!

A service business using Akazte has a new lead, invoice or ticket that needs a prompt response. New Lead can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS through Zapier, giving the prospective customer a quick acknowledgement. New Invoice can send a payment-related notice, while New Ticket can alert a customer or support team that a request has been recorded.

New Customer is useful for creating a Mobile Message contact as soon as a record is added in Akazte. New Project and New Estimate can send internal updates or customer messages at important points in the sales process. The available Akazte actions can also be started by a Mobile Message event where a clear operational need exists, such as creating a ticket after a customer texts in.

The connection is configured in Zapier, with each workflow pairing one Akazte event with one Mobile Message action. It is not a native two-way sync. You choose the event, map the available customer or project fields and write the SMS that should be sent. Create Contact and Add Contact to List can help organise contacts for later communication, while Delivery Status Updated can support a separate delivery workflow.
