AGENTVIEW SMS Integration

A real estate agent is speaking with a buyer when a fresh lead is created in AGENTVIEW. The lead may need an immediate acknowledgement, a notification to the assigned agent or a place in a follow-up list. A Zap can use AGENTVIEW Send Lead to trigger Mobile Message actions through Zapier, so the next response does not depend on someone checking the CRM at the right moment.

Send SMS can text the new lead with a short acknowledgement or alert an agent that a prospect is ready for contact. Create Contact can add the lead’s details to Mobile Message, while Add Contact to List can group leads for a campaign or suburb-based follow-up where the required data is available. You control the recipient, message and mapped fields in the Zap.

This setup suits agents and property teams that want a prompt response after lead capture. It does not create a native two-way integration or copy every AGENTVIEW record into Mobile Message. Instead, each workflow starts with the Send Lead event and finishes with one selected Mobile Message action, giving a clear result that a customer or agent can notice.
