Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with AgencyPro!

A client request or invoice event can require a response before an account manager has opened the agency portal. AgencyPro can trigger when a request is created, an invoice is created, a ticket is updated or a service subscription is cancelled. Mobile Message can then send a plain-text SMS to the client, account manager or selected list.

This helps agencies provide timely notices around work and billing. A new request can produce a confirmation, an invoice event can prompt a payment follow-up and a cancelled subscription can alert the person responsible for retention. Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received can also trigger AgencyPro Send Message, allowing a customer text to become a message record where the available fields and recipient mapping fit the AgencyPro action. The connection is configured through Zapier, not as a native two-way integration. Each workflow has one AgencyPro event or action and one Mobile Message action or trigger. It does not synchronise all client, ticket or invoice changes automatically.
