Financial advisers using Morningstar AdviserLogic can act on diary activity while the client context is still clear. New Diary Event is the most useful event for timely reminders, because it can start a Zap when an event is added to the diary. New or Updated Client can also pass client activity into a Mobile Message workflow through Zapier.

A diary event can trigger Send SMS with the appointment time, adviser details or meeting instructions. This is useful for client reminders and short notices before scheduled conversations. A newly created or updated client can instead trigger Create Contact, giving the Mobile Message account a contact record that staff can use for later messaging. AdviserLogic only triggers New Diary Event for events in the next two months, so the workflow should be planned around that limit.

The connection is handled by Zapier, with each selected AdviserLogic event starting one Mobile Message action. It does not create a native two-way integration or keep both systems synchronised. It simply turns selected adviser workflows into visible, timely customer communication.
