Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with AccuLynx!

A roofing job moves from one important stage to another while the office is balancing estimates, crews and customer calls. A Job Initial Appointment Created event can give the customer a prompt reminder, while Job Created and Job Milestone Current Changed can notify the people who need to act next. AccuLynx events can start Mobile Message actions through Zapier.

Send an SMS when an initial appointment is created, a milestone changes or a company representative is assigned. The message can include the job details and the next action your team wants the customer to take. When AccuLynx adds a contact, you can also create that person in Mobile Message or add them to a list for a suitable communication group. This helps the customer receive timely information without requiring staff to copy details between systems.

The setup uses individual Zaps, not a native synchronised connection. Choose an AccuLynx trigger, select a Mobile Message action and map the job or contact fields. You can create different messages for appointments, milestone changes and newly created jobs, keeping each text relevant to the stage of the work.
