Accompa SMS Integration

Manual chasing starts when an Accompa record changes and the people who need to know are working elsewhere. A Zap can turn a new record or updated record into an SMS through Mobile Message, so a project owner, supplier or customer receives important information without waiting for someone to copy it across.

Use Accompa's New Record trigger for immediate notifications about newly entered requirements, or use Updated Record when a change needs attention. You can also create or update an Accompa record after someone sends an SMS to your Mobile Message number. Configure the recipient, message text and record fields in Zapier, with Accompa and Mobile Message connected as separate services. The setup does not imply a shared database or automatic two-way synchronisation. Each workflow has one trigger and one action. For teams managing requirements, this provides a clear alert path for changes while preserving Accompa as the working record. It is especially useful when a short text is more likely to be noticed than an internal task or email.
