Can 360io contacts be added to Mobile Message automatically?

Yes. New or Updated Contact can trigger Mobile Message’s Create Contact action. Map the contact information available from 360io, and use Update Contact separately when your workflow needs to change an existing Mobile Message record.

Can a new 360io note alert a staff member by SMS?

Yes. New Note can start Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. The Zap can pass the note content and available contact details into a message for the person responsible for follow-up.
