Operators who plan work around clear priorities can use 1st things 1st to decide what deserves attention first. When a new prioritised thing is exported, a Zap can pass that event to Mobile Message, so the right person receives an SMS without someone copying the list into another system. This is useful for owners, coordinators and small teams who need important priorities noticed promptly rather than left in an app that is not always open.

A text can alert a manager that a priority list is ready, or notify a team member to review the newly exported priorities. The message can include the priority name and any other details available from the 1st things 1st record. Mobile Message can also create a contact or add one to a list as part of a separate Zap step where appropriate.
