A meeting is about to start, has just ended or has been cancelled in Zoho Meeting. Participants may need a timely reminder, while an organiser may need a clear notice when a report or recording summary is ready. Zoho Meeting provides triggers such as Meeting Created, Meeting Started, Meeting Ended and Meeting Canceled for these moments.

Through Zapier, Mobile Message can send an SMS using the meeting details available in Zoho Meeting. A meeting start can prompt a reminder, a cancellation can notify attendees, and a generated transcript or summary can alert an internal reviewer. Mobile Message can also create a contact or add one to a list when suitable participant information is available. This connection uses Zapier and does not create a native two-way integration.

Zoho Meeting actions such as Schedule Meeting and Update Meeting can be triggered by Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received event when that creates a genuinely useful meeting workflow.
