About the Zeevou integration

A guest has just made a booking, but your team still needs to send arrival information, create a contact record or coordinate the next property task. Zeevou can trigger a Zap when a Booking Created, Guest Created or Invoice Created event occurs. Mobile Message can then put a useful message in front of the guest or staff member without waiting for a manual check.

Through Zapier, Booking Created can trigger Send SMS with confirmation details, while Guest Created can trigger Create Contact so the guest is available in Mobile Message. A Task Created event can also send an SMS to the relevant staff member with a concise assignment or reminder. These options suit short-term rental operators managing multiple properties, guests and operational events in one platform.

Zeevou also offers actions such as Create Guest and Create Booking, which can be started by an Inbound SMS Received event when a text contains the information your process expects. Choose one event and one result for each Zap, map the relevant fields and test with a safe booking. This gives your team focused automations without suggesting a shared, two-way record sync.
