Zaprite SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Zaprite!

A customer is standing at an event entrance when a ticket order is paid, or a payment arrives short of the amount due. Zaprite can provide those moments as triggers, and Mobile Message can send the next instruction by SMS through Zapier. A paid ticket order can prompt an arrival message, while an underpaid invoice can alert the customer or your accounts team.

Use Ticket Order Paid to send event information, or Ticket Checked In to notify an organiser that an attendee has arrived. Invoice Underpaid and Payment Link Underpaid can send a reminder with the outstanding amount when a payment does not cover the order. You can also use Contact Updated to send a message when a Zaprite contact changes, if that event matters to your process.

These workflows keep the text specific to the Zaprite event. Mobile Message sends the message or adds a contact to a list, but it does not update the Zaprite order itself. Choose Send SMS for an individual recipient, Send SMS to List for an operations group, or Create Contact when a Zaprite event should create a person in Mobile Message for later outreach.
