YouCan SMS Integration

An order comes through in YouCan and the customer is left waiting to hear that it's on its way, because nobody has sent a text yet. A bestseller quietly runs low on stock, and without a nudge, nobody restocks it until a customer asks why it's gone. Both moments matter to the customer experience, and both are easy to miss when the only record of them is a dashboard nobody is watching.

YouCan connects to Mobile Message through Zapier, so those two moments can prompt a text on their own. A new order can trigger a message to the customer, and it can also create that customer as a Mobile Message contact so they're on file for future updates. When stock on a product gets too low, that can send a text to whoever manages reordering, so the gap gets noticed before a customer does. That way the business doesn't need to watch the dashboard. The text goes out on its own once the Zap is set up.
