Workflowsoft SMS Integration

A process reaches a new integration step in Workflowsoft and someone outside the system needs to know what happens next. New Integration Step can start a Zap that sends an SMS through Mobile Message, giving a customer, supplier, or staff member a timely instruction. This avoids manually monitoring the process and copying step details into a separate message.

Use Send SMS for a direct notification, or Send SMS to List when an operations group should receive the same process alert. In the reverse direction, an inbound SMS can trigger Workflowsoft's Complete Integration Step action, updating process fields when a customer or staff member sends the required response. Start Process can also be used when a text should begin a defined process and the mapped information is sufficient. These are separate Zapier workflows, not a native two-way integration. Select the specific event, action, recipient, and fields that match your process before publishing.
