Connecting Traleado to Mobile Message through Zapier closes that gap by turning a new lead into an outgoing text the moment it lands in your pipeline, instead of waiting for someone to open the dashboard and start dialling.

The manual side works the other way too. A reply that comes back by SMS can be added straight into Traleado as a new lead, so a text conversation started outside the platform still ends up logged against your pipeline instead of getting lost in a phone's message thread. None of this changes how leads are verified, listed or routed inside Traleado, that logic stays exactly as it is.
