Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with WorkflowMax!

A project manager may issue a quote, create an invoice, or complete a job task while clients and staff are waiting for the next update. Checking WorkflowMax manually and then copying details into a text message takes time, especially when several jobs are moving at once. Through Zapier, WorkflowMax events can start Mobile Message actions so important project communication happens closer to the event.

New Invoice Created can send a payment or invoice notification, while New Quote Issued can text a client that a quote is ready. Job Task Completed can notify a supervisor, and New Client Created can create a contact in Mobile Message. If an authorised person texts a structured request, Inbound SMS Received can trigger Create Job, Create Client, or another suitable WorkflowMax action. These are individual one-way Zaps, not a shared project database.

Use the event fields to personalise messages with job numbers, quote references, invoice details, and client names. Filters can limit notifications to selected statuses or teams, keeping routine project work visible without sending every internal change to a customer.
