Yes. The Job Updated trigger fires whenever a job changes in JobTread, and paired with the Send SMS action it lets you text the customer the latest status without opening the job to write a message by hand.

Can a customer's SMS reply get logged inside JobTread?

Yes. Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger fires when a customer texts in, and connected to the Create Comment action it can add that reply as a comment on the relevant job so the conversation stays with the record.

What do I need to set up texting from JobTread through Mobile Message?
