AroFlo tracks the job in detail, timesheets included, but nothing tells the customer or the office until someone remembers to pick up the phone and call.

Connecting AroFlo to Mobile Message through Zapier closes that gap. List New or Updated Tasks can fire off a text the moment a job status changes, and List New or Updated Invoices does the same for billing, prompting a payment reminder as soon as an invoice is created or updated. List New or Updated Clients can add a new client straight into Mobile Message as a contact, so their details are ready before the first text ever goes out. None of this needs a person to notice the change and start the message themselves.

Replies work the other way too. A customer texting back can be logged as a note on the relevant task using Add Task Note, so the conversation stays attached to the job instead of sitting in a separate inbox somewhere else. Office staff and technicians end up looking at the same trail without having to chase anyone for an update on what was actually said.
