About the WombatLink integration
You can also use an inbound SMS as the starting point for WombatLink’s Create Pickup, Update Pickup, or Delete Pickup actions. This can suit a carefully defined staff workflow, such as texting a command that changes a booking reference, although the fields and safeguards must be configured in Zapier. WombatLink remains responsible for the shareable link, maps, itinerary, contact details, and translated instructions. Mobile Message sends or receives the SMS. The connection is via Zapier and runs as separate one-directional automations, not as a native booking synchronisation.

It can, if the inbound message contains a format and identifier your Zap can use. Inbound SMS Received can trigger Update Pickup, or Delete Pickup for a cancellation workflow configured in Zapier.
