Project leaders using Whoz need timely updates when opportunities are won, tasks are assigned or work starts. Without a direct prompt, a consultant or account manager may miss a change while moving between projects, talent records and client work. SMS can put the most important operational event in front of the right person.

Through Zapier, Whoz triggers such as Opportunity Won, Task Assigned and Project Created can start Mobile Message actions. A won opportunity can notify an account manager, a newly assigned task can text the responsible talent and a project creation event can alert a delivery group. You can also use Task Stopped to send a completion notice or Delivery Status Updated in Mobile Message to trigger a Whoz action such as Create Activity, where the workflow has the required information.

The result is a focused alert rather than a flood of messages. Choose the Whoz event that matters, map the available details and select an SMS recipient or list. This is a Zapier connection with separate one-way automations, not a native synchronisation of Whoz and Mobile Message records.
