Vyte SMS Integration

The most useful Vyte event for many booking teams is the moment an appointment becomes confirmed. That event can tell a customer what happens next, give a staff member a timely notification or provide a reminder that the booking is now on the calendar. Without an automated message, confirmation details can wait in Vyte until someone checks the schedule.

Through Zapier, Vyte can pass Event Confirmed to Mobile Message's Send SMS action. You can also use Event Created for an initial acknowledgement, Event Cancelled to notify a customer about a change, or Event Updated when booking information has been altered. Map the guest's phone number and relevant appointment fields into the SMS so the message reflects the actual booking.

This connection helps appointment-based businesses respond around the clock without treating Vyte and Mobile Message as a synchronised system. Build a separate Zap for each notification your process needs. If your team manages bookings from another workflow, Vyte actions such as Create Event and Cancel Event can also be started by an inbound SMS, where that is a sensible operational fit.
