Without an automated message, confirmation details can wait in Vyte until someone checks the schedule.

Through Zapier, Vyte can pass Event Confirmed to Mobile Message's Send SMS action. You can also use Event Created for an initial acknowledgement, Event Cancelled to notify a customer about a change, or Event Updated when booking information has been altered. Map the guest's phone number and relevant appointment fields into the SMS so the message reflects the actual booking.
