A new candidate might alert a recruiter, while a new customer contact can create a Mobile Message record for future communication. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can also start VSA actions such as Create Candidate, Create Customer or Create CRM Task when an incoming text contains information your team wants recorded.
