A new virtual meeting or webinar is created, and attendees or the meeting team may need the details while the organiser is still preparing. VivoMeetings provides online meetings and webinars across devices. With Zapier, its New Meeting trigger can start a Mobile Message action that sends a reminder, creates a contact, or adds someone to a meeting-related list.

Send SMS can notify an organiser that a new VivoMeeting exists, or send a participant the available meeting information. Create Contact can place a known attendee into Mobile Message, while Add Contact to List can group people for event communications. The contact and meeting fields available in the VivoMeetings event determine what can be mapped.

This workflow does not create or update a VivoMeeting when Mobile Message sends a text. It is a one-directional Zap between a new meeting event and the selected Mobile Message action. Check recipient consent and use filters if only particular meeting types should trigger messages.
