A scheduled social post has failed across every configured platform, and the person managing the calendar needs to know before a campaign window closes. ViralNote's Post Failed trigger can start a Zap that sends an SMS through Mobile Message, putting the problem in front of the right operator instead of leaving it in a dashboard.

A New Published Post event can also send a brief confirmation to a campaign owner or marketing list. In the other direction, an inbound SMS can trigger ViralNote's Create Post action when someone supplies the content and destination details required by the platform. Delivery Status Updated can separately trigger a ViralNote action when you need an app-side response to SMS delivery information, although the result depends on the fields available in your Zap.

These workflows are connected through Zapier and remain one-directional. ViralNote continues to manage social publishing, while Mobile Message sends or receives the text step. The connection does not promise a native two-way social and SMS calendar.
