A customer sees a project card move through ViewPoint VISUM, and the right message at that moment can make the service feel attentive and organised. A Zapier workflow can send an SMS from Mobile Message when a card reaches a particular step or when its status changes. Customers receive a timely update while the project team keeps working in the visual portfolio workspace.

ViewPoint VISUM can also start a Zap when a New Card is created, when a Card is Updated or when a New Resource is added. These events can support a welcome message for a newly opened project item, a notification when a deliverable changes or an alert when a resource becomes available. The card can include a direct instruction, a contact number or a link supplied in the mapped data. Mobile Message's Send SMS action handles the outward message, while the ViewPoint event supplies the reason for sending it. The connection is made through Zapier and is one-directional. It does not create a native two-way project sync, but it can give customers, contractors or internal stakeholders a visible project update at the point when it matters.
