Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Ventrata!

A booking changes after a customer has arranged a tour, attraction visit or activity. Staff may need to contact the customer quickly, yet checking every amended booking in Ventrata can become a distracting task. Ventrata’s Updated Booking trigger can send the change to Mobile Message so the customer receives a useful SMS while the details are current.

Use it for booking changes, cancellations or redemptions that need a clear customer message. You can include the relevant booking information available in the Zap and tell the customer what to do next. Product changes can also trigger a text to an operational list when your team needs to know that an offering or configuration has been modified.

This is a one-way Zapier workflow. Ventrata provides the event and Mobile Message sends the SMS, rather than maintaining a native two-way connection. Choose the booking or product event, select the recipients and write the message in Zapier. Both accounts are needed, and the workflow can be configured without code.
