UniBee SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with UniBee!
Use New Subscription Activated to welcome a customer, New User Plan Change to confirm a plan change, or New Subscription Expired to prompt a renewal conversation. New Payment Event can alert an internal team when a payment status changes. Map the customer name, plan or billing reference supplied by UniBee into the SMS where available.
UniBee has no actions in the supplied list, so Mobile Message is the outbound communication step. The workflow does not change a subscription, create a payment or write an SMS response back into UniBee. It simply turns a billing event into a timely message for a customer, account owner or Mobile Message list.
A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration.

Yes. New Subscription Activated can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS. Use the UniBee customer and plan fields available in Zapier to personalise the welcome message.
Can I text customers when a UniBee subscription expires?
Yes. New Subscription Expired can start a Zap that sends an SMS reminder. Include the customer and subscription details provided by UniBee in the renewal message.
How do I set up UniBee billing messages?
Select a UniBee billing trigger in Zapier, add the appropriate Mobile Message action and map the fields. UniBee, Zapier and Mobile Message accounts are required, and no code is needed.
