When a proof is approved or rejected, someone usually needs to tell a client, production colleague or account manager what happens next. Waiting for a person to notice the final status can delay publishing and leave external stakeholders unsure whether their feedback was accepted. Typolish supplies a Proof Completed event for that decisive moment.

Through Zapier, Proof Completed can trigger Mobile Message's Send SMS or Send SMS to List action. The text can state whether the proof was approved or rejected and include the proof name or guest link fields available in the Zap. This is useful for design, marketing and production teams that want a short status alert without checking every project manually.

Typolish's Create Proof and Reissue Guest Link actions are intended for workflows that begin elsewhere. The most direct pairing here uses the Typolish trigger and a Mobile Message message. The connection passes a chosen event through Zapier, rather than synchronising proofs, files or approval records between the two services.
